The Garden apartment offers 4 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, a separate toilet, living room with large screen OLED TV, Apple TV, PS4, Netflix, Disney+ as well as a fully equipped kitchen and infrared sauna. In winter, skis can be stored in the ski-room, while your boots can heat up on the rack. In summer, this space has a washing machine and dryer. The ski room is shared with the Penthouse floor. Everything is there for a perfect winter sports or summer holiday.

Enjoy the wooden ceiling and views from this level. Note that due to the Mountain elevation you have access to your floor 'at ground level'. In winter, skis can be stored in the ski-room, while your boots can heat up on the rack. In summer, the ski room has a washing machine and dryer. The ski room is shared with the Ground floor. Everything is there for a perfect winter sports or summer holiday.
The East side of Chalet an der Piste overlooks Kaprun and its surroundings. Sitting in a typical Austrian bay, you will enjoy views on the piste as well.
The South side of Chalet an der Piste gives magnificent views of the mountains notably the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Sitting on the terrace or the balcony you will be able to enjoy every beam of sunshine until the sun sets behind the mountains.
